The difficulty with strong men and women is not knowing when to step back and breath. Not knowing when to hands off it all and let the Holy Spirit take control. Even in the spiritual realm, there cannot be two captains, you are either cruising the ship or God is, God won’t do it if you still have your hands on the helm, God won’t take over.

It is expedient to say “Lord, I need help” , stop struggling, own up to your limitations and invite the Almighty to that situation. In 2 Corinthians, Paul said to the Lord, “for this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me”. But in verse 9, the bible records, “and he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness…”.

Child of God, it isn’t weakness to ask for help , it isn’t failure to fail, truth is, every human has limitations, and God cannot fill the void if you are trying to fill it yourself. You need to stop now, and understand that, to be strong, you need to be weak before God, for in your weakness lies the perfection of God’s strength, that is the power of Christ in you, hallelujah!
